Scrambled Tofu & Veggies (Gluten-Free Vegan)




Tofu Scrambled – Gluten-Free/Vegan





One of my favorite breakfast items and very filling:

Serving: 1 (add more to make 2+ servings)

Ingredients:

Sprouted Super Firm Tofu
100% Corn Tortillas (2)
Peppers (Green/Red/Yellow)
Onions (White/Red)
Red Potatoes (I boil these the day before)
Mushrooms
Soy Sauce (Gluten-Free)

Chopped up ingredients and place in skillet or wok.  You can actually add whatever vegetables you like to this recipe.  This is a very healthy recipe for all to enjoy.
